Curious coincidences of being in love

"It occurred to me that the sacrifice of my dignity keeps the two of us together - the things I endure for love. How The Fates laugh at my torment, I could only imagine."

The endless cycle of pain and frustration in failed expectations taught me to anchor my thoughts to the basic framework of a simple man: friend or foe?

No stragglers.

It doesn't have to be known which side of the fence you're on because if you're with me, you'll keep up as I move on. Friends will always have a way to add color to life despite the distance and the silence, while Love adds life to the colorful world of friends and foes provide the "gym" to workout the man in you. It takes extraordinary persistence to keep friends "friends", but less than one small error to engage your foe.

Real friends go a long way with you because they like the life in you. Those leeches in chameleons suck what they can before fading into oblivion, making their presence known only when favor is due. Such is life, so unpredictable yet one cannot resist the call to embark on a journey to explore the unknown and uncharted realms of emotion and kinship.

Then I met you.

And that changes everything I believed in and stood for.

By happenstance that brought curiously happy coincidences, I fell in love with you. But life is never easy on me that I began to question the love I felt for you. How do you fall in love with someone who belongs to someone else?

A paradox.
